Microsoft Photo Story 3 for Windows

Without any sign or talk on the Internet, Microsoft suddenly release the third version of Photo Story.

In short, Photo Story is a tool with which you can make your digital photos into movies, with music or some cool effects. Until the version 2, Photo Story is only included in Windows XP Plus! Digitial Media Edition. However, this version is released as a standalone freeware. What an excting thing Microsoft did!

Weight of A Glass of Water [zz]

有一位讲师于课堂上拿起一杯水，
然后问听众说： “各位认为这杯水有多重？”
听众有的说20公克，有的说500公克不等。

讲师则说：“这杯水的重量并不重要，重要的是你能拿多久？
拿一分钟，各位一定觉得没问题；
拿一个小时，可能觉得手酸；
拿一天，可能得叫救护车了。
其实这杯水的重量是一样的，但是你若拿越久，就觉得越沉重。

这就像我们承担着压力一样，
如果我们一直把压力放在身上，
不管时间长短，
到最后我们就觉得压力越来越沉重而无法承担。
我们必须做的是，
放下这杯水休息一下后再拿起这杯水，
如此我们才能够拿的更久。
所以，各位应该将承担的压力于一段时间后适时的放下并好好的休息一下，
然后再重新拿起来，如此才可承担久远。”

这就像我们于职场上一样，
我们应该将工作上的压力于下班时放下而别带回家了，
回家后是应该好好的休息，
明天再重新拿起这压力，
如此我们就不会觉得压力的沉重了。
